The Independence Advice Hub

The Independence Advice Hub acts as a first point of contact for Adult Social Care and can help individuals find tailor made solutions that meet their individual needs.

The service is based at the centre on a Thursday morning, term time only, from 10am - 12noon or at other times by telephone on 01274 435400, email: iahinbox@bradford.gov.uk

The Independence Advice Hub can provide guidance and support on a range of topics, including:

• Social Workers

• Community Care Officers

• Early Help and Prevention

• Occupational Therapists

• Forms and applications

If they are unable to assist directly, they can help signpost you to the most appropriate organisations or services that can offer further support.
